Jointing Compounds

Flax/Multipak/Pakol/Thread Sealing/Unipak

Jointing Compounds from Unipak are pipe jointing pastes for all general jointing work on threaded pipes – and they are all used together with flax.
Unipak Jointing compound is for water, heating and low pressure steam.
Multipak Jointing Compoung is for water, drinking water, heating, low pressure steam, pressurized air, cooling and gas (Natural Gas, LPGas - Conforms to BS EN 751-2).
Pakol is for oil, gasoline and pressurized air.

P.T.F.E. Tape

P.T.F.E Tape (12 m x 12 mm x 0.075 mm). LD (density: 0.2 g/ cm3). P.T.F.E. thread seal tape is made of Teflon® and is ideal for systems using drinking water and compressed air. Max. pipe diameter: 3/4”. Temperature resistant from -200°C to +80°C. Max. pressure: 10 bar. Article no. 1000202

Unigarn flax/hemp is a pure, natural hemp fibre product made of fine, long-fibre flax/hemp, which comes from the stem of the flax plant. 3-stranded coarse flax/hemp is made of short-fibre flax and is deliverable un-tarred and tarred.

Thread Sealing GT18-60-68-39

GT18 : PTFE modified all-round thread sealer that allows easy disassembly at a later time. Seals immediately against moderate pressure. Approved by DVGW and WRAS. Low to medium strength.

GT60 : Low viscosity thread sealer for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Maximum pipe diameter ¾". Medium strength.

GT68 : PTFE modified High viscosity thread sealer approved for use with GAS. Also ideal for use in connection with LPG and water. Yellow color code for gas. Approved by DVGW and WRAS. Medium strength
